The people reading this site choose the HR stack. HRIS platforms,
applicant tracking systems, payroll providers, background-check vendors, assessment tools
and L&D partners — these are the practitioners who shortlist them, run the trial
and sign off the renewal.
Who reads this site
HR practitioners across HR operations, talent acquisition, HR business partnering,
rewards, learning and development, organisational development and HR technology —
from HR executives through to heads of function, CHROs and Chief People Officers.
The largest share of our search audience is in the United States,
followed by the United Kingdom and India, and the pages they arrive on are buying-adjacent
by nature: what an HRBP actually does, how HR roles differ, how to run employee relations
properly. People read that content while they are building a function — which is
when they buy tools.
What we offer
- HR software directory listing — a placement in our
HR software directory, in the category your buyers browse,
with an honest write-up rather than a paragraph of your own marketing copy. - Article sponsorship — a clearly labelled placement inside a
relevant guide, alongside content your buyers are already reading. - Category sponsorship — presence across a whole discipline:
payroll, ATS, learning, engagement. - Content partnership — a genuinely useful piece produced with
your team and labelled as sponsored. - Newsletter and social placement — across our HR audience
channels.
What we will not do
We do not run unlabelled advertorial. We do not sell links that pass ranking signals.
We do not accept advertising that misrepresents what a product does, and we do not sell
the top spot in the directory — the ranking of a directory whose ranking is for sale
tells a buyer nothing, and HR buyers work this out quickly.
Every listing in the directory says what the product is weak at as well as what it is
good for, including paid ones. Vendors who are comfortable with that get an audience that
believes the write-up. It is the whole value of the placement.
Rates
Rates depend on format and duration. Tell us who you are trying to reach and what a
good outcome looks like, and we will come back with options and pricing rather than a rate
card you have to decode.
We will also tell you honestly if we do not think a placement will work for your
product. A campaign that does not perform costs us more in credibility than it earns.
